Still awaiting refund

i have been a client of legal wise for many months and i have emailed them all my documents on the 15th of Nov to process a refund on a matter that was resolved. i am yet to get feedback that i will receive my refund and the service that i am currently getting is shoddy to say the least. if i leave a message call me back, if you cannot get hold of me , call back dont just ignore me. send me an email with an update if you still cant get hold of me, i am very dissappointed in this service especially since its the first time i need assistance from legal wise
