Still awaiting on my Own money
I am still awaiting my refund since last year, Tumi said in December that it takes 15 days after the debit order for legal wise to refund my account, its a new month and a new year and I'm still waiting. Totally disgusting service, think I should log a complaint with the Ombudsman maybe they will assist me quicker with my complaint.
