Still awaiting on my Own money

Seriously how long does it take for this company to stop this R96 debit order and also to reverse my funds, its unacceptable to string me along with empty promises via your telephone calls, the next call I receive should not be from a consultant telling me I'm still working on your query, I want a call from someone saying you're money is in you're bank account Mrs Ceres as I've submitted my bank statement last week already. Next complaint won't be via hello peter but the media, I'm totally livid with complaining each week and nothing is being done.
