Soweto Legal wise branch So rude

<p>It sadness me to be writing this email about a rude lady at legal wise Soweto branch. It’s a pity I do not remember her name.</p> <p>My situation was initially assigned to someone, but that person was not in the office I believe she was on leave, I was promised that It will be assign to someone else who will assist. </p> <p> after they have taken all the details of my complaint I was told someone will call me. no one called me back I called them. I was told the same story “ it will be assign to some else that person is on leave we will call you back”. I waited for a few days no one called me. I called them back. I was then given to this rude, condescending lady to take my case. I was so astonished by the level of unprofessionalism from someone who is supposedly “ educated” this lady was so rude and condescending, her tone was something else. She was asking me to repeat the information I had already given of my case but the way it was been asked was shocking . She did not sound as someone who is will to assist. I could not continue having a conversation with her because of her rudeness I could not handle been spoken to like that I had to end the call . My matter was not attended till today. I can assure you what is being advertised and the type of service you get from them those two are worlds apart.</p> <p> </p>
