Sooo *********** its ridiculous!!!

Your "representatives"are such a joke,like seriously get people who can actually do the job of simply READING&UNDERSTANDING the query and then responding accordingly.

First it was Lihle kayise who FAILED to properly deal with my query and now its another nameless agent on whatsapp who keeps asking me stupid questions that clearly shows the person did NOT take the time to read and understand. And the person is taking HOURS to respond.

After being dissappointed by lihle s service or lack thereof i wanted to cancel thise useless membership but chose to give legalwise a second chance but now i see incompetence is a thing at legalwise and i need to move on because clearly im never gonna receive any help in time of need.

What you parade on tv ads its clearly lies and misleading marketing🙄. Im so over it!!!
