So unprofessional and ever disappointing.

I assume the problem with Legal wise is that they employ less qualified personel, graduates or retired counsellors. There is no way that as a company you have poor service delivery throughout the organization. They do not improve. It is actually tiring to ask an assistant from legal wise because you must then supervise them, call everytime to get feedback, remind them of their tasks and even propose solutions. I am looking for another service providers people, please recommend.
