I've been waiting for an attorney to be appointed to my case of over a week now, I called the customer service and they also made empty promises. I can't rely on the opinion of legalwise staff on how my case can proceed. I know I stand a chance of winning this case if an attorney is appointed but I still haven't received feedback. So much for \Don't talk to me, talk to my lawyer\"! I'm ready to try an alternative company if this how you operate."
