So disappointed

I'm a Platinum card holder. On the 5th September 2015 l was arrested for something l didn't commit (***** and theft). It was on a Friday the 5th when my wife tried to get hold of Legal wise to inform them that l've been arrested. After hours and hours of struggling she eventually managed to get someone on the line, she explained the situation to the consultant, then she was then told that someone will give her a call soon. Of which it never happened. I had to spend the whole weekend in prison before l could appear to court. On Monday 8th l appeared before court then l was asked if l do have a legal representation, l then said yes ' legal wise'..People just smiled then l wondered why. We then called legal wise again then eventually someone called and we had to explain the situation again. To our shock, we wre told that legal wise doesn't cover ***** cases. The person didn't even ask me how do l fit to this whole issue, whether do l know anything or what. Hence l didn't have a lawyer, the case was postponed to 11th and remained in custody. Now l'm paying a private attorney R7500 per appearance. I've been with legalwise for more than 8yrs now, just for nothing.
