So annoying

I have been using legal wise for more then 10 years now the services were great but since last year when i asked legal wise to help me with my employer the person who was helping me on my matter i shared everything with her legal counsel but she just email the H.R then she went a wall on me i had to speak for my self i let it go and now i called legal wise last year around November to ask for tax advise they had a problem with their system telling me i have missing premium when i told them i never miss any premium since i start with them so that got fixed this year i was allocated a counsel but i been trying to contact her but she's for ever busy so how is she going to help me if she has no time for me now is February the matter not resolved am even thinking of closing my membership with them now .
