Shoddy and unprofessional
Very, very disappointed. The attorney allocated to assist me didn't even fami****ise herself with the details of the dispute before contacting the other party. What sort of attorney does that? Of course, she got brushed off. I emailed all the details to her and voiced my dissatisfaction with her actions and she hasn't bothered responding.
