SHOCKING SERVICE

I log a complain on 8 February 2018 to be assisted with a lawyer my policy is ********** 2.i was given a file no.877503 on 12 February and was told my file is transferred to Soweto branch,I phoned both Soweto branch and legalwise for feedback or the process forward but no one bother to asssit me,I have not heard anything from the office that my file was transferred to l left numerous massages to be phoned back but there is no one who cares.i have been a member from 2016 and I have never missed a single premium and my first claim with legalwise and I get this very poor shocking service.

I have been without a car for almost a month n I requested a lawyer in order to be assisted but so far nothing is done by legalwise n their service provider not even a simple courtesy call.
