Shabby Legalwise service

My R30 000 Samsung fridge that had a 10 year warranty on the compressor stopped working due to a compressor that had a factory fault 3to 4 years after purchase. Samsung would not replace the fridge I was instead asked to pay R24000 for a new fridge. I have been a member of legalwise handed the case to Legalwise in Centurion. Initially the legalwise lawyer was optimistic but later changed tune that I have organize my own lawyer to continue with the case as chances of success against Samsung were slim. I wonder what we are paying for if when you need legal representation Legalwise is just not there.
