SERVICE NOT RENDERED

Payed my monthly for my membership every month, they cannot render any services to me due to two months worth of "arrears" which they havent debited spontaneously Just two months before my waiting period was due to end. Then i get a message my membership has been cancelled, I called and was informed that they won't be able to provide me any service. I want to cancel because my time has been wasted , I would much rather have my money returned to me as my waiting period is over and no service has been rendered to me. I will be contacting directors ,should this not be handled with urgency my matter is urgent and I have not moved an inch with this company. Ironically not fair , urgently assist me with this cancellation. Thank you
