Service Levels Falls Short

I have been a Platinum member with LegalWise for over a decade, yet my overall experience has been disappointing. Rather than offering proactive legal representation to resolve disputes, their focus tends to be limited to providing general advice. In my experience, their counsellors often fail to adhere to service level agreements, and the overall standard of legal competence has consistently fallen short of providing any real value.

Dealing with Legalwise leaves you more frustrated than dealing with the matter itself. I have a matter opened in March, and yet to get any proper resolution, this is not the first time I've had issues like this.
