Service is terrible - Claims department

The Claims department is the worse, the manager can't even speak to me because she needs a warning. I have asked for a case to be opened on the 12th, and I escalated because no one gets back to me. Just for them to call me today stating it was suspended. They now going to ask if they can assign someone. While I pay my monthly fees on time.
