SARS LEGAL ACTION

This is a 3rd matter that Legalwise they unable to help me with I'm so angry actually more than angry every time I have issues I have to be refereed to the next person nothing get resolved...I have an issue with SARS that I have been trying to solve almost a year when it started I spoke to Bester Fapane which I have explain my problem to him but since I have submitted all documents SARS requested for investigation he said I must wait for feedback and see their findings then we can take it from there but I must keep on phoning sars for an update of I did and every time I phoned sars I was told they busy with the investigation now sars is threatening me, so I went back to them for assistant they telling me they can't act on behalf of me...then why am I paying for their services...Bester gave this matter to Alfred Vuso who send me an email and call me wanting to nature of this issue which was also surprising cause when you doing a handover you tell the next person every detail they need to know however I did tell him what's the story is, his coming back telling me to go to SARS branch and I have told him I did went to several times now if I go there I wouldn't know what to say.
