Rude and impatient employees
I so disappointed by the employees at the Vereeniging branch, they have no patience for elderly people they have the nerve to send them from pillar to post. My father was there on 13th Oct 20 to seek help, the lady was so rude and impatient as though he was wasting her time or my father is stupid or something. So disappointed and hurt by this
