robbing clients

Hi<br> As I brought my matter to your attention earlier about legalwise unfairly rejecting my claim, they called trying to explain what didn't make sense and asked me to send a motivated claim. They said they will contact you to say the matter has been resolved, it's not yet resolved but on the process of it. Thank for your help because had it not for you they wouldn't have responded but carried on with the monthly deductions. Their adverts differs from their actions as they rob clients. <br> Thank you again
