Review Regarding Attorney Conduct

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the conduct of an attorney assigned to me through your services. I believe the attorney, Rosina Malakalala, misrepresented key facts that I provided during our consultations about my motor vehicle rejection claim dispute.

I clearly shared detailed and specific information relevant to my case. However, I have since discovered that the version of events submitted or re**** upon by the attorney contains significant inaccuracies that do not reflect what I communicated. This misrepresentation has caused unnecessary confusion in the legal process and has negatively impacted the outcome of my case.

I am deeply concerned that such errors were made, especially given my repeated efforts to clarify the facts throughout the process. I expected a thorough and professional handling of my matter.

I requested that this issue be properly investigated and that appropriate action be taken to address it. Instead, I was surprised and disappointed to be told that LegalWise would look for another attorney closer to me, but that I would be required to pay a deposit of R5,000.00 for a new consultation.

I find this unacceptable, as I should not have to incur further costs due to errors made by your appointed attorney. I trust that LegalWise will take my concerns seriously and provide a fair resolution without imposing an additional financial burden on me.
