Review it purpose in the market? de*****ing clients money

Legalwise are **********, religiously on a monthly basis they will deduct premiums knowingly very well they don't provide any service to their clients. I had two cases with them of which the first 1 took a year and a half to finalize and the second has been 6 months it is not resolved. They will not give you feedback, or progress on your case. why would say don't talk to me talk to my lawyer if you guys have no clue on how to assist your clients. I think who started this company should come back and review its existence if it still serves the purpose. I have given you all the documents and communication I had with DirectAxis but still, my case has been resolved. Ms. Chetty from the Durban branch has wasted my time. kindly review your purpose in the industry and see if you still fit in. I would be canceling my contract with Legalwise I would like to know is fair to collect premiums or subscriptions and fail to render the service and still keep the money Direct Axis matter Inbox

The telephonic conversation on even date refers. Please note that we have sent another email to Direct Axis in the hope of receiving a response, failing which, we shall proceed to report the matter to the appropriate forum.

Of note, we have attempted to contact Direct Axis using all numbers possible but stilll is met to no avail.

In the event of a non-response, you will have the option to lodge a complaint with the National Consumer Regulator. Should this avenue be pursued, we wish to bring to your attention that reporting the matter to such a forum, has its own processes and procedures in place which one would require to abide by and that which is sometimes long and protracted, as the NCR conducts a proper investigation into a complaint.
