request for legal advice, but it's too late now!!!

Hello Peter, <br> <br> I have been a legal wise gold plus member since 2012 paying my premiums in time and I have never claimed until I faced retrenchment at work. I called legal wise Polokwane branch asking for a labour lawyer to assist me with my situation since I was on a five years fixed contract with 3years remaining, I needed a lawyer to look at my contract in determining what I should get since It was the employer breaching the contract not me. A labour lawyer by the name Johannah called me and asked how she can help. I explained my situation and her response was so disappointing to me instead of looking at what leverage I posses against the employer she told me how the employer didn't have money and that I had no leverage, mind you she is saying all this without even asking for my contract. I asked her if it isn't better to first look at what the contract says before judging and telling me that I should just accept what the employer is telling me. Only then she asked for my contract. I emailed my contract to her on the 22nd of March and since then I haven't heard from her. I did send a follow up email but it was in vein. I was retrenched and now unemployed still nothing from her!!!
