Regret having a Legalwise Platinum Policy

I'm a Platinum Member, I only upgraded years ago as the salesperson told me that Legalwise offers 60% discount on conveyancing and transfer of property. My challenge is my bond is with Nedbank and Nedbank wants to use their own attorneys, unfortunately their attorneys are not on legalwise's panel. One of the experiences I have is the low rate that Legalwise offers attorneys. This is a bummer as I wasted my time upgrading to Platinum. I wanted to cancel my policy a few years ago but I have another matter that Legalwise is taking over 7 yrs to resolve and I'm afraid if I cancel then they will say I'm no longer a member and I'll lose out. Overall, my experiences with Legalwise has been one of regret. They state we can use our own attorney but it's just for ******** matters and not conveyancing, which is another bummer
