I have an Eviction process pending with MullerVoigt, refered by LegalWise as I am a client. Date started was in August 2016. I must say I am very disapointed with both MullerVoigt and LegalWise service. Not only is the process taking longer but there are no responses from both companies, I have been sending queries finding out how far it is and i get nothing. The last response i got from MullerVoigt was on the 29/06/2017 and from LegalWise 09/09/2017. From there onwards nothing. This king of service is not which i expected from LegalWise. When you read the brochure before applying for it, the service is described greatly untill when you are actualy a member than you get such service. If I knew that the service was like this, I would have signed up with a different legal insurance company, maybe their service is as per their portraid image. I explained my situation of newly mom, paying a bond and renting a flat but no one seems to care. I do not know what else to do, hence my complaint.
