Really disappointed! Bad service

IAM really really disappointed with legalwise, with how they are handling my matter. First, no communication, even if you send dozens of emails, they won't reply to you

Second, their employees Lucky of professionalism, they can't give you proper answer when you asking for updates on your matter. Third, empty promises that's all I see . My matter of last year till today haven't resolved and non of the documents I sent to matter handler haven't uploaded in their system, that's the answer am getting Everytime I call their customer care. The most disgusting thing is , person handling my matter, always busy, she can't reply to my emails , she is on leave for the second time and will have to wait till she is back for me to get updates! Really??
