Quick to make a follow up on missed premium but no follow up on claim made

<p>My car was hit at the back the I had to pay the excess amount of R9250, I took the matter to legawise as I am the member of legalwise. My case was refered to a lawyer but I never received any call from the lawyer, no one from the head office tried call me and check if I indeed met with the lawyer I was refered to. I then went back to the legalwise Queenstown branch to enquire but when I got there they gave a lawyer a wrong phone number but I corrected it with the hope of getting a call ASAP. Even today I havent got anything from them. Then I missed a premium because I was unhappy the head office quickly called me to ask, I asked them why didnt they call me to make a follow up about the case I submitted but now that I missed a premium they are calling.</p> <p> </p> <p>Unhappy client</p> <p>LV Nqabelele</p>
