Property attachment

Thamsanqa Sibanda is very Rude and not helping clients. He has made decisions on my case without consulting me as per the contract stipulates. I even have a live recording of him speaking in a tone of disrespect, he hangs up phone on my ears. Thamsanqa is really not the correct person to work with clients who are vulnerable and need help from Legalwise. today he says I don't understand the contract but they debit premiums every month from a person who don't understand, when I asked him to elaborate what his role he says I must go back and read my contract while he is sitting there with information in his head. today I received an email from his office that I will be evicted from my house as they are unable to help me even though payments were made to the attorneys but because he is not communicating on my behalf as I pay him to do that im now going to be evicted with my children. he says he can longer help and closes my file meaning I must take problems somewhere with other Legal companies.
