Possibly WORST Customer Service in SA

I doubt there is an organisation in SA that has worst service as this lot.Have been trying to get them to address very serious legal matters with NO Success.Another example was today when I contacted the customer (don't care dept) to lodge a complaint and was told when I asked for a reference number that it would be sms'd to me, but guess what this hasn't happened Absolutely USELESS.
