Poor services and shifting accountability

I have requested legal assistance from Legalwise in 2017. The matter was allocated to Lungile Ndlovu. I have been contacting legalwise for progress and feedback on this case but no one want to assist. Apparently Lungile Ndlovu changed offices within Legalwise and no one can account for cases that she was working on. I have tried several times to contact the senior consultant or manager but they always take my contact details ,promising to get back to me but no one revert. I'm just paying my premiums for nothing here. You are chasing us to your competitors with your poor service.
