Poor Service received from Lucinda Mienie

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received from Legal Wise regarding my current Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) claim involving a third party. As a longstanding and loyal client, I expect a reasonable standard of service, particularly in matters of a legal nature where timely communication and consistent follow-up are critical. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience. I am continually required to follow up for updates on my case, with little to no proactive communication provided. Correspondence from the appointed legal counsel is significantly delayed, often with gaps of up to three weeks between responses. This level of communication is unacceptable, especially considering the importance and urgency typically associated with legal proceedings. Furthermore, my attempts to make direct contact have been unsuccessful. Ms. Lucinda Mienie does not answer calls, and despite leaving messages, no return calls have been received. This lack of accessibility and accountability has added unnecessary frustration to an already stressful situation. The overall handling of my matter reflects poorly on the service standards I expected from Legal Wise. I am extremely disappointed and concerned about the progress of my claim due to the apparent lack of urgency and professionalism. I request that this matter be escalated and that immediate steps be taken to:
