Poor Service on a claim that dates back to 10 years ago..

Hi Guys,

I just want to check if there is anyone that ever had their issue resolved by LegalWise? we have a claim with them that dates back to 10+ years ago and even today the matter has not been resolved and yet we pay our contributions well without any issues.

i was also advise to leave them for another company which can assist......i have shared my disappointment with them on several occasions and i get the same response over and over and the matter remains at the same stage and the person who de*****ed us continues to enjoy the her life from the money our father left us when he died in 2008, i personally suffered a lack of home due to this

i took the money given/left for me by my dad to assist my mom get us a home and even today the money has not been refunded the person that took the money is still out there and legal wise is happily going into our bank account and debits monthly premiums for failing us, i did a simple calculation they failed to service us for 12 years and they debit a min of 150 ( 150 prem * 12 months for a year * 12 years of poor service = R21 600 of premium collection for doing absolutely nothing.

either refund us the premiums or settle the matter
