Poor service. No feedback.

I've raised an employer dispute with Legalwise Randburg branch on 05/12/2014. To date the consultant who's working my case have not bothered once to contact me even after my ex employer responed via email to even forward me their response. When I called for an update Mr Masangu told me he received a response back the previous day already. I had to ask how to proceed further, no consultation even given. The next week I called again and was told the lawyer is too busy. Every week the same story that the lawyer is too busy. Does Legalwise only employ 1 lawyer ? I need an update on my case and some proper consultation please. Otherwise it's pointless me paying every month. At least unlike Mr Masangu's who never return messages , his colleague does but only refers me back to Mr Masangu who is handling my case. Seems to me your motto should be: 'don't talk to me and my lawyer won't either'.
