Poor service from Legal wise

<p>I reported a case to legal wise a year and few month ago and they never took my matter serious as they don't even send me feedback of how far is my case. I am so frustrated as I lost my car to a garage's fault. now I am always on a call with legal wise and they are always telling me that the person holding my case is not at work. If I could have known that they are so unreliable I could have joined clientele legal or something. as I hv never missed my premium for over 3 years being with them they can't even become decent enough to give me feedback. </p>
