Poor Service for almost 3 yrs

Disappointed Member of Legal-wise. I have been patiently waiting for Legal wise to resolve my matter with the company I used to work for until 2016 February. My matter was escalated to one of the attorneys in Gandhi Square in 2016 and am still waiting and no updates are forthcoming in terms of how far are they with the matter. When I call their customer care my calls are just dropped at times. I am so frustrated, don't know what to do. When they feel like calling me they tell me the same thing over and over again about a sheriff that has to attach the goods of the former employer in order to pay me. and am sure that when they see this post they might call and tell me the same thing again.I went to their HQ in Roodepoort but was referred to the same people at client service who have been consistently failing to help me since 2016. they only called me twice after my trip to Roodepoort and gone quiet as usual to months ago. I have lost faith in legal wise.
