Poor service

I wouldn't recommend signing up for this company. You'll pay them every month but they will not deliver the services they promised. Communication is poor, and extremely inconsistent. They'll promise to phone you within a certain time frame but fall to. One of my relatives approached them for assistance with a ***** case and they end up ghosting them. There's no sense of urgency and transparency.
