Poor service

They failed to solve small issues even to understand what is a problem. They keep changing consultants. I reported that MTN handover my account to Siya recovery and the account is paid up but Siya recovery failed to give paid up letter and removed defaults to my credit report. I called them they consultants are every rude and unprofessional citing call
