Poor service

I re joined, Legal wise and asked if they can help with an issue, they said yes that everything is coved for myself and my daughter I just had to pay extra to add her on. I will just have to wait 3 months. which i did. then when i called for the help. they said No they can not do it as my daughter is not the main member. they took my money for 6 months and now when i phone to ask what is happening. they keep cutting me off the phone and said there is nothing I can do. This is very poor service and they are happy to take your money, tell you to wait the waiting time and then when it comes to get help they will not do what they promised.
