Poor service by the service provider as I was not treated well since I had been a paying for a long time

I percymiya have been a loyal customer to legalwise for more than five years and have recently been in accident involving my commercial vehicle since then I had tried to make a claim for the vehicle at the maponya mall branch and was told that the cover i took out does not insure a commercial vehicle. But on the membership agreement it states that on the motor vehicle matters it states that Damage to you, your vehicle or property as a result of a private , commercial and public transport Accident or collusion caused by someone I am disappointed by the service provider since i have been a loyal paying member.
