Poor service

We are clients with them for many years and now the first time we need their legal assistance the fail to help. I had to send various requests for someone to cobtact us and finaly late Friday we received a call and the lady said we will received a sms with the attorney 's contact details. Almost a week later and we are still waiting for the attorneys details. This is pathetic service
