Poor service as a Platinum Member

I am really frustrated and disappointed by the service i’ve been receiving with a matter... i’m currently homeless while their is tenants occupying the newly purchased house and the advise and the service i’m getting as a Platinum Member from LegalWise is just disappointing to say the lease.
