Poor service and no feedback from legalwise

<p>I was dismissed from work on the 3rd of December 2015. I went to the legalwise Benoni branch on the 8th of December and I was told that I must make a booking which I did and I received a date for the 4th of January 2016.I realised that my case will be late because the 4th of January my case will be over 30 days I then made another booking at West Rand on the 8th of December 2016 and my appointment was on the 10th of December 2016. On the 10th of December 2016 I went to the Randfontein attorneys and they couldn't assist me because I fall under the Benoni Branch, the Randfontein attorney called the Benoni Branch on my behalf and told them I'll be there the next day.On the 11th of December I went back to the Benoni branch and I was sent back they told me to come back again on the 14th of December which was on a Monday,but I'll only get legal assistance on the 18th of December which was on a Friday. I went back on the 14th of December luckily I found a lawyer that was there to see someone else I filled in all the required paperwork on that day. From there I did not receive any feedback until the 14th of January 2016 that's when I received a condonation that I had to sign. I managed to send back the document on the 18th of January 2016. Along those days I received confirmation of a date from CCMA through the legalwise attorneys and my case was on the 15th of February 2016. On the 15th of February 2016 I was told that I will be represented by someone else the case carried on the person who represented me was good but there where so many things wrong with the paperwork so because of that the company refused to sit and discuss the matter. After the case I contacted the attorneys at Brits to find out that,have they received any feedback from the CCMA because they said after 15 days we will have the outcome. I called their offices on the 12 of April 2016 twice and I was told that everyone is in court they'll call me back. On the 18th of April 2016 I called the Brits attorneys twice and still I got the same response up to date I'm still waiting for responses from them.I'm so disappointed that I had to sign a condonation although I was never late,being a 8 months pregnant woman at the time having to drive up and down with no help and being stressed by the dismissal is just something that else. I just hope that this matter will be attended to. </p>
