poor service and bad attitude of the client

I laid a complain with legal wise regarding a deal that didnt go well between me and someone i was purchasing a car from, i dont know if legal wise is representing me their client or the person whom ive reported, for me to call legal wise for a respond while its their duty to inform me about the progress of the case ro be told that my problem its not a priority they dsnt diaraties it for the day its day, i dont even know when will they put it in a diary for me to get a proper response and not to nag for a feedback to tink that i am paying, my problem to me its a priority, when i tell them that i want to contact a lawyer to handle my case then they will pay my lawyer as to them it takes time. They tell me that its a procedure i have to fill a form when i reguest the form Gcinile tells me that they have to chose a lawyer for me, i want to chose a lawyer that i can trust and help.me out in this mess but im getting stories from this people as if theyve been bribed or something, i am frastrated as a client right now to get such responses from people i thought they are fighting for me. And the late response its really a turn ofd shem.
