Poor service

I've referred a matter to Legal Wise Bellville on 23 June 2015. Since then I had to follow up on numerous occasions. It seems my case is only attended to when I follow. They have no business etiquette and certainly no feedback system. So, I followed up again on 1 June 2015, where I was given the same feedback as before: 'your case is still in progress'. Again I made it clear to Allison that I don't mind waiting as long as I'm being kept in the loop. She promised to get back to me by end of that week, which was 5 June 2015. Well, we're already in July and still no feedback. And this is not the first I'm complaining but they just can't seem to get it right. Shocking, for such a supposedly big organization. It would be a miracle if they can get a competent person to call me and adhere to my simple request: 'Can someone please keep me in the loop?' Service basics really!
