Poor service

In August 2020, I requested a property evaluation on one of my houses. One Mr. Goitsemang Ngoasheng, from Nelspruit Legal Wise branch communicated with me. I completed the relavent forms and returned them to Legal Wise. In October 202, when the feedback was not forthcoming, I sent a complaint letter to LefalWise Customercare department. A lady from LegalWise Customercare phoned me back promising to expedite the outstanding property evaluation report. To date, I have not received the report.
