poor service

<p>i decided in december to cancel my legalwise policy.</p> <p>i then spoke to a consultant , who said i needed to send an email .</p> <p>i sent the email to a sharonp@legalwise who promised me that it would be cancelled</p> <p>up until now i had not recieved any solid proof stating that my refund is in the process or that my policy is cancelled</p> <p>all i get is emails saying that its in the process and its a long process , week after week</p> <p> </p> <p>this service is pathetic and ********* !</p>
