Poor Service

<p>I write this letter with alot of disappointment on the service I have received from Legalwise. </p> <p>I joined Legalwise in January as I required legal assistance. I sent my first email on 15th of February and it took a month for a consultant to call me back. </p> <p>They allcoated my case to a gentlmen by the name of Ofentse and from March todate he is not resolved my issues. He does not respond to emails and never return my calls.</p> <p> </p> <p>Todate not anyone from Legalwise have had the decency to provide me with any feedback despite me stating that I would cancel my membership. To think that this is a law firm, they have no way in respecting there clients needs. </p> <p>Totally disgusted.</p> <p> </p>
