Poor service

<p>I put in a claim with Legalwise over a month ago requesting a demand for a refund from a vendor who refused to give me a refund for a **** product i purchased. The case was allocated to the branch at Maponya mall and allocated to Mapule Maimane. I have requested numerous times as to the status of my claim and have still not received a reply.</p> <p>Membership number: ********** </p>
