Poor Service

I am trying to understand why one would pay for Legal Assistance , when one does not get the assistance from Branch Level, I have sent an email 05/03/2015 to the Florida Branch on both email addresses provided to 'Aubrey Motshegwe ' [Email Removed] [Email Removed] I have outlined in detail my issues regarding a rental unit that i am getting no joy from Status Mark, now to add to my stress I have Legal Wise to also deal as their service is totally unacceptable as a paying client i would require services i pay for and my issues to be addressed or put in the right direction!!! DISAPPOINTED to say the least, not worth the SUBSCRIPTION
