Poor Service

I have recently been a victim of identity theft and I reported the matter to LegalWise Pretoria. I reported the matter in September 2018 and I have provided with all the documents that asked for. I have been trying to get an update on the matter without any success. My matter was handled by Sipho Nkosi and Ramasela S. Neither of them has bothered to give me an update and everything I still getting debited for accounts that were **********ly opened in my name. I am now even considering my position as LegalWise client as I don't see any value in their services.
