Poor service

I have received very poor service from Legalwise. They debit my account every month without fail but when you have a legal problem they are too quick to tell you they cant assist you. See communication below.

I have been paying for Legalwise but I am very unhappy with the service that I have been receiving from you guys. Firstly I was told that you don’t deal with liquidation and then I managed to follow up for myself. I then sent you an email to notify you that this company is no longer being liquidated and could you please follow up for me. Nothing was done with this information. Please see below I sent you an email on the 03 October and had no follow up email to-date. I really want to cancel paying you guys as this service is not working for me.

I went to the new premises where Ramwagen are operating, Frank is now operating with at new premises. Are you able to assist me in getting back the money owed to me? As my next step is to file for a ******** charge (theft) against Frank or you also do not deal with such? Please let me know soonest so I can also decide whether Legalwise is working for me or not,

Hi Danny,

I have just received information from a lawyer that was assisting Ramwagen on their liquidation process. Apparently they are no longer going through liquidation. I have been contacting Frank numerous times and now his phone no longer goes through. The ex-lawyer gave me their new location. Frank had promised me on our last conversation to pay me all money owed to me end of the month. I am thinking of laying a ******** charge. Their new offices are now in Kew.
