Poor service

I've been a loyal member of Legalwise for years and always thought they would have my back if I ever had a legal issue. Someone drove into my stationed vehicle more then a month ago . Their insurance refuses to pay. I contacted Legalwise forwarded all my documents they assigned my case to one of their lawyers. Its been 3 weeks now that I've tried to get hold of the lawyer his either busy or they will tell him to call me back. I even escalated to their customer care line also a dead end. I would not recommend Legalwise to anyone. Personally I feel Legalwise is just a money making scheme that exploits their clients
